Install Driver on macOS via USB cable

Before Driver Installation
Supported model: Y813BT
Check the model name on the bottom label.
Model: Y813BT

Connect the USB cable
Connect printer to your computer via USB cable.

Connect the power adapter
Attach the power cable to the power adapter, then connect it to the printer, and plug it into the socket.

Turn ON the printer
Turn ON printer.
If you encounter "run the 64-bit version" error or Error 1797, go to
Start > Settings >
System > About and check System typeIf it shows "ARM-based processor", please install the Windows ARM driver.

Download Windows ARM Driver
Supported model list: Y813 / Y813BT
Download the Windows ARM driver using the button below.
If the Download ARM Driver button does not work, please use our Backup Google Drive link instead.
After downloading, unzip the file and run the installer. If the
message “Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device?” appears, please
click “Yes”.
For Windows ARM-based devices only.
Windows ARM Driver Installation Guide
Follow these steps to install the Y813 / Y813BT ARM driver.

Choose install location
Use the default folder, then click Next.

Start installation
Click Install to begin installing the ARM driver.

Select model and port
Select Y813BT Label, click Get USB Port, then click Setup.
Note: If the printer is connected and turned on, Get USB Port can
automatically fill the Port
option.

Finish installation
When the message appears, click OK.
sure the printer is connected by USB and powered on before selecting the port.
Install Driver on Linux via USB cable
Supported model list: Y810/Y810BT/Y812/Y812BT/Y813/Y813BT
NOTE：Applies to architecture amd64
If the device is an aarch64 RaspberryPi device, please click here.
It takes a few minutes to show how to install FlashLabel Printer driver on linux via USB:
1. Please ensure printer is Turn OFF.
2. Connect printer to your computer via USB Cable.
3. Attach the power cable to power adapter, then connect the power cable to the printer, and plug it into the socket.
4. Turn ON printer.
5. Download Printer driver from button:
P.S. If the download is blocked by the webpage, you can use this Google Drive link instead.
6.run "LabelPrinter-Linux-Driver-Latest_Ver1.1.1.run", follow below steps to install printer driver.
7.Follow below steps to Add printer.
8. Enjoy your printing with FlashLabel Printer!

1. Please ensure printer is Turn OFF.
2. Connect printer to your computer via USB Cable.
3. Attach the power cable to power adapter, then connect the power cable to the printer, and plug it into the socket.
4. Turn ON printer.
5. Download Printer driver from button:
P.S. If the download is blocked by the webpage, you can use this Google Drive link instead.
6. Run"LabelPrinter-Mac-Driver-latest.pkg", follow below steps to finish installtion.
Enter your Password of system.
7. Open”System Preferences”,and click ”Printers & Scanners”, You can find FlashLabel printer like "Y486 Label" in list that means your printer has been installed successfully.
8. Enjoy your printing with FlashLabel Printer!
Note: If your Mac does not automatically add the printer after plugging it in, please manually add the printer from Settings by following these steps.If the printer is already listed, please ignore the following steps.
ChromeBook(ChromeOS) via USB cable
Supported model: C80
| 1. Press and hold the powerkey for 2s to Turn ON printer. |
| 2. Connect printer to your computer via USB Cable. |
| Install FlashLabel Printer driver on ChromeBook(ChromeOS)： |
| 1. Search and add "Flashlabel" extension in the Chrome Web Store. |
| 2. Click the extension icon-> Choose"FlashLabel" ->Click "Add" -> Choose"Y468"-> Click "Connect". |
| Tips: You can change Speed,Density,Resolution in "Setting Printer" menu. |
| 3. Open a PDF file with Chrome Browser-> Choose "FlashLabel" and your paper size-> Click "Print". |

3. Turn ON Printer and Bluetooth
4. Download Printer driver from button:

5.Unzip download file and run "Win-Driver-Latest-v1.3.0.exe", follow below steps to finish installtion.
