3. How Do I Load Folded Thermal Paper or Tattoo Transfer Paper Correctly?

The ST80 is a thermal printer and does not require ink or toner. It supports thermal paper and tattoo transfer paper. Regular copy printer paper is not supported.

For Folded Thermal Paper

1.  Make sure the printing side is facing up.

2.  Load the paper straight into the paper inlet.

3.  Make sure the black positioning marks are facing down.

4.  For best results, use compatible paper with two black positioning marks.

Third-party paper may cause compatibility or paper-positioning issues.

For Tattoo Transfer Paper

1.  Remove the yellow bottom paper.

2.  Remove the brown protective paper.

3.  Insert the paper with the blue transfer paper facing down.

4.  Make sure the white tracing paper is facing up.

5.  After printing, peel off the blue transfer paper and keep the white tracing paper.

4. Why Is My ST80 Printing Blank, Blurry, or Incorrectly?

If your print is blank, blurry, or unclear, check the following:

· Make sure you are using compatible thermal paper or tattoo transfer paper.

· For folded paper, make sure the printing side is facing up and the black positioning marks are facing down.

· For tattoo transfer paper, remove the brown protective paper before printing.

· Make sure the tattoo transfer paper is inserted in the correct direction.

· Use high-quality compatible paper. Poor-quality paper may cause blurry printing.

· If the printer shuts down or prints intermittently, the battery may be low. Charge the printer before trying again.

If the issue continues, please contact Customer Support and provide a photo or short video showing the printing problem.

5. What Do the ST80 Indicator Lights Mean?

·  Solid Blue: Bluetooth connected / Ready to print.

·  Solid Green: Power on / Charging complete.

·  Slow Flashing Green: Charging while the printer is powered on.

·  Solid Red: Out of paper / Printhead overheated / Low battery.

·  Slow Flashing Red: Charging while the printer is powered off.

If the red light stays on:

1.  Check that paper is loaded correctly.

2.  Charge the printer if the battery is low.

3.  If the printer is hot, allow the printhead to cool before printing again.

4.  Use a 5V/2A power adapter for charging.

If the issue continues, please contact Customer Support and provide your order number and a short photo or video showing the printer status.
