Y813BT Install Driver on Windows via Bluetooth

Before Driver Installation
Supported model: Y813BT
Check the model name on the bottom label.
Model: Y813BT
Please complete the following steps before installation.

Turn ON the printer
Press the power button to turn ON the printer.

Connect with USB cable
Connect to computer by USB. The built-in driver will pop up automatically, or download from our website.

Turn ON Bluetooth on your Windows computer
Open Bluetooth settings and turn on Bluetooth.
If your computer does not have Bluetooth,
this function cannot be used.
Download Driver
Download and run the driver installer
Please follow the steps below to download and run the driver installer.

Download Printer driver from button

P.S. If the download is blocked by the webpage, you can use this Google Drive link instead.

Unzip download file and run "Win-Driver-Latest.exe",
follow below steps to
finish installation.
If you see the prompt below, please click Yes to continue.
If your computer does not have
Bluetooth, this function cannot be used.

Install Driver on Windows via Bluetooth
Follow these steps to install the Y813BT printer driver via Bluetooth.
1
Open the installer
Run the installer and select "Install the printer driver", then click Next.

Choose connection type
Select "Bluetooth", then click Next.

Pair the printer
Go to "Printers & scanners" in Windows Settings, pair the Bluetooth printer, then click Next.

Scan the printer
Wait while the installer scans the Bluetooth printer.

Select printer type
Select "Y813BT-FAA2" from the list, then click Next.

Finish installation
When the driver installation is complete, click Close.
If your computer does not have
Bluetooth, this function cannot be used.
Notice: Bluetooth Printer May Show "Driver Unavailable"
NOTE:
This is normal and does not affect printing. action is required.

Names with the model + 4-digit suffix are the Bluetooth connection name.
Windows may show "Driver is unavailable" here.

The printer driver name is the model name + Label.
After the driver is installed, print using this driver in Windows.
If "Y813BT Label" is missing or duplicated, remove the driver and reinstall it.
Tips:
1After installing the driver, try opening your file directly on the computer to print.
2If both USB and Bluetooth drivers are installed, ensure you select the correct driver version.
