① Blank Prints / Partial Blank

Confirm you are using thermal paper (if not using the included thermal paper).

🔍 Cause: Low contrast settings or dirty printhead

✅ Fix:
1. Press cover until it clicks — close tightly.
2. Flip paper over — wrong side no print.
3. Test printer: hold button 5 sec → 2 beeps.
4. Still blank? Hold button 15 sec (5 beeps) → reinstall driver.

② Faded/Gray Prints

🔍 Cause: Low contrast settings or dirty printhead
✅ Fix:

■ Adjust Print Settings
✅ Mobile: Settings > Filter > Increase B/W density
✅ Computer: Print Preferences > Set Density or Halftone Threshold to High

■ Gently clean printhead with alcohol swab (dry 2 mins)

③ Blank / Skipping Labels

🔍 Cause: Cover not closed, incorrect label settings, or file formatting issues.
✅ Fix:

■ Basic checks
1. Close cover firmly until it clicks.
2. Before printing, hold button 3 sec and hear 1 beep for automatic label identification.
3. In print settings, select Label with Gap.
4. Hold button 5 sec → 2 beeps to print a test page.

■ Check the file preview
1. If test page prints fine, the issue is with your label file.
2. Verify the file fits the full 4×6 size in print preview; crop if needed.
3. Edit labels using FlashLabel Pro (no driver needed):

■ Advanced fixes
Factory reset: hold button 15 sec → 5 beeps.
Restart printer and device, then reinstall latest driver/software.

🔍 Cause: Incorrect dithering mode and please enable pattern dithering
✅ Windows: Print Preferences > Halftone > Pattern
✅ Mac: Page Options > Print Effect > Pattern
✅ Mobile: Toggle ON "Dithering" before printing
