Please note: If you encounter driver error 64-bit error or Windows error 1797, your system is ARM. Please install the ARM driver. ARM does not support Bluetooth; connect the printer via USB only. You can check your device specs in Settings → About.

Only Mac (M-series, 2020 or later) supports Bluetooth; download FlashLabel Pro from the App Store to connect via the app, or restart your Mac and printer before re-pairing if unsuccessful.
■ Phone Connection (iOS / Android)
1. Phone Connection (iOS / Android)Download FlashLabel Pro from the App Store / Google Play.
2. Enable Bluetooth only (do not use Wi-Fi Direct), and grant required permissions.
3. Open the app, tap the printer icon in the top right corner, and connect to Y813BT.
